Is it the good time to file a lawsuit against AIMA for Biomatrics

Hello.
My initial application is of Sep 2023 and recently I resubmitted my updated documents on 20 of March 2025. I was wondering should i wait for the AIMA to respond under their new deadlines which is a dream or should i file a Lawsuit. please advise
