If you don’t find a person, see if Shipito.com still offers Austrian address for free.
I created an account with them 3 years ago and I received a US and an Austrian address. I’ve used the first one, but never the second one.
I know that a German drop-shipping company I use does not forward bank and SIM cards (among other things), but YMMV (as did mine).
