Erm… how is that not encouraging? 10 weeks from Bios to what is basically approval (“Situação do Requerimento: Transferido SIISEF” as per this thread) is a miracle in AIMA Land.
People under the pre-2025 process who had their Bios in January 2023 are just getting their approvals now… 123 weeks later! And they may yet have problems paying their €6k as the online DUC system seems to be broken for some. Whereas you’ll pay (or already have paid) that at your Bios - with no worry whether the payment went through or not.
I’d be dancing on the ceiling if I had your good fortune.
