A bit of a long story for this topic but for a particular transaction/deal I’m involved in, I am being asked to pay only using either a prepaid debit card (Mastercard/Visa) issued in either Czechia or Slovakia, or from an IBAN with prefix CZ and SK. Problem is I don’t live in either country and have no physical address there. Aside from taking a train ride to CZ/SK bordertowns and buy one from their supermarkets (can you do this btw? We can, in the U.S.), is there any way I can purchase this online? I was looking at 365.bank (which is a lot like N26) and opening an account there virtually but it’s for Slovak citizens/residents only (currently).
