I called anytime mailbox to claim the NOMAD15 refferal bonus since i saw it was not applied to my account, After sending screenshots and links i got this reaction in the mail:

Am i missing something? isnt this supposed to be a monthly discount permanently?
Can you fix this? am i the only one with this issue and i just have to keep telling them its ongoing? or did they change your code to one time?

We received word from them now, and they say it’s supposed to be one-time. I’ve updated the article.
However, as you can see in the screenshot above they did initially state that it was recurring. I am not sure if the person who told us that was misinformed or if it was changed along the way.
I did suggest that they honor the terms as they were originally stated for those who signed up until now, but I’m not sure if they will agree to it.
Note that Anytime Mailbox has outsourced their referral program, it’s a company called Vibrant Performance that actually manages it. It was Vibrant Performance that told us that it was an ongoing discount, not Anytime Mailbox.
