Is there any difference between which country I register from in PayPal? in terms of the documents required to fully verify my account.
I just have a credit card with and so an utility bill.
I don’t think there is difference in terms of documents needed. With two different countries I’ve been asked by PayPal to submit an ID as well as a utility bill of some sort with my name on it.
A whole other issue is if your country is not supported by PayPal to begin with.
Now, you can be creative and open an account in a neighboring country, use your address, including the city in your country, as a province put your own country, but as country you put that neighboring country. Depending on how bombastic your original country name sounds, this might or might not work.
