Where to Open Business account for Maltese company with non EU board

Hi we are one year supply company based in Malta, with non-EU Board. We want to open a second account but it has become very difficult to open in Malta. Which country / bank is more flexible for us to open a new account? Any help or suggestions are appreciated.

unfortunately this is becoming a huge problem, not only in Malta but overall in EU (especially in places with low taxation).
