For those of us who are lucky (or “lucky”) to finally receive the cards, what are your plans to provide proofs of the 14-day in PT?
I have a list of things to do / keep and wondering if they are all necessary:
Passport stamps: entering via PT (LIS) for sure. But wondering if enter via EU (which no stamps from PT).
PT Card: present them at passport control (i.e., wondering if SEF agent would even enter arrival info in system).
Flight boarding passes.
Hotel stay receipts.
Daily expense in PT re…
My (fourth!!) GV renewal meeting was today - I applied for citizenship 18 months ago so still needed to renew one more time while waiting. Luckily the fee was only €181, and since I was actually out of town on vacation, I was able to contract a local attorney to appear for me.
So here’s the issue. We live full time in Lisbon, and have done so for over 4 years. For some reason, this time AIMA asked me to prove my time in country - which is a bit complicated since I’m basically ALWAYS here, apart…
Wonder how long it took AIMA to figure out that with EES there are no more passport stamps?
I walk past this place a few times a week. For a long time Google Maps had it as a “permanently closed” SEF/AIMA outpost. Now the Maps listing seems to be gone. But the flags still fly outside at the front.
