Hi, do you mind telling me if your income properties are/were paid off at the time of applying for the D7 visa? I also have income properties but they are still on mortgages. The income will cover the minimum passive income requirements but there is the outstanding bond. Thank you for your help

Yes, that’s the rule. Your FBI reports and other Federal documents are apostilled by Feds. Your State documents (like your marriage certificate) are apostilled by the State you live (or lived) in. AIMA will accept whatever is appropriate on the States-side.
