I read a lot of information regarding the means to obtain residency in Malta. And in many of it all, I find this uncertainty. Regarding the €14k requirement.
Whether a bank balance of €14,000 for individuals is asked for (which I do have). Or a minimal annual income of €14,000 (which I don’t yet). Therefore, CAPITAL vs ANNUAL INCOME.
Would you please confirm which one it is?
