PT Reduced GV Deadline Dec 31 - Available Projects for Porto / Lisboa / Coastal Cities?

I’m trying to find projects that meet the reduced GV amount for renovations (starting at 280K) to meet the Dec 31st deadline before the amount increases. Apologies if this information is already on this forum, I’m a new member and just getting to know the forum and research Portuguese Golden Visas.
