Our apartment’s renovation in Lisbon will be finished soon. We are based in the USA and don’t have much experience with how things work in Portugal. Would appreciate any recommendation on both resources to gain knowledge about renting to someone or agencies that can help us. This will probably be a long term (not eligibile for airbnb) rental ready maybe in June.

Full disclosure I work as a real estate broker.
The easiest option would be to list i with an agency that will post the adds source the tenant and take care of the contract and of every detail needed. Besides Airbnb there is also a market for companies that are looking for apartments to sub let for medium term options for clients that come to work for a few weeks. I will depend on what you are comfortable with.
